Products are ordered by "inserting" them into the basket within the online store and after confirmation of the order, they are irrevocable (except in cases and according to the procedure provided by applicable laws). After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail. The order processing period is usually 1-2 hours. For all orders sent between 22:00 and 08:00, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the working day. If it happens that the online store is not able to deliver all the products ordered by the customer, in that case it will deliver the products that are available, about which it will inform the customer by e-mail (or phone). The PROVANSADEKOR.RS online store reserves the right to cancel the order after physical inspection of the item, if the person in charge of checking the item before sending concludes that it is not suitable for further sale, which will also inform the customer by e-mail (or phone).

Payment methods

Payment for orders is made by cash on delivery, when receiving shipments, as well as by all supported credit and debit cards of banks, as well as by direct payment to the account.

When choosing to pay by card, the online buyer agrees to the conditions that, if more than one item is ordered, the order will be delivered in its entirety or completely canceled due to the impossibility of partial reservation of funds per order.

Refunds in case of goods return are made by the online store exclusively to the current account whose number the customer has provided in Contract withdrawal form or Complaint sheet.

Payment by debit and credit cards

The online store is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and in accordance with According to the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018) and in order to provide quality service.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. At no time are payment card details available to our system.

Refund of funds paid by cards

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, AMEX and DinaCard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

Statement of Conversion

All payments will be made in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount for which your account will be debited was obtained by converting the price expressed in euros into Serbian dinars at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference compared to the original price listed in our online store.

Delivery

IMPORTANT: We inform you that in accordance with the current situation, caused by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, delivery times may differ from the usual ones, listed below.

The goods are delivered to the wider area of the city of Belgrade. Delivery is carried out by courier service or under own direction. The delivery time depends on the courier service and is usually 1 to 2 hours. Orders received after retail business hours (after 10 p.m., ie before 8 a.m.) are sent on the first working day after the beginning of retail business hours (9 a.m.) or at the time specified by the customer as the desired delivery time.

We deliver the goods to own direction or in cooperation with courier services Wolt Dostava and Postrčko.

The ordered products are delivered to the entrance of the customer's residential building.

If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods upon delivery to the desired address, the seller has the right to request reimbursement of postal and own handling costs.

Delivery expenses

Shipping costs depend on the distance of the shipping address from the retail stores.

The starting point (locations of retail stores) from which the mileage is calculated to the desired location for flower delivery are Vojislava Ilića 129, Voždovac; Jurija Gagarin, 27, Novi Beograd and Ace Joksimović, Žarkovo. The distance is measured from the nearest retail store to the desired delivery address.
