The general conditions define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and return, i.e. complaints of goods offered on the website: https://provansadekor.rs/.
Subjects of General Rights
The seller of goods that are ordered and paid for via cash on delivery or online is Provansa Dekor doo, Omladinska 15D, 11000 Belgrade. A customer of goods is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, puts it in the basket, pays for it with one of the supported credit or debit cards of banks or sends an order, and pays for the item by cash on delivery (cash on delivery).
Products and prices
Through the online store, the customer is given the opportunity to purchase all products that are available in the online store. Prices in the online store are shown including value added tax (VAT) in the currency of RSD (Serbian dinar). The prices in the online store are only valid for purchases through the online store and may differ from the sales prices of the same items sold in (physical) retail stores. If certain items in the online store are on discount, that is, they have a special price, this does not mean that the same items must be on discount, that is, have the same special price in (physical) retail stores, and vice versa.

Customer textual content
Customers can freely comment on products and send e-mails with their opinions. The online store has the right not to respond to comments or e-mails that are malicious, contain obscene statements, spread hatred and discrimination, or in any way threaten the rights of others. Impersonation and registration with someone else's e-mail address is not allowed. The online store can initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such activities.

The store strives to describe all products as accurately as possible, as well as to use the most authentic photos of the items, however, it is not able to guarantee that all information provided in relation to the 100% products is accurate, complete, reliable and error-free. If the product ordered by the customer deviates from the data specified in the online store, the customer can return it in an unused and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, according to the procedure described on the page Waiver of purchase and complaint during which he fills Contract withdrawal form or Complaint sheet, and the online seller will issue a refund after the procedure has been followed.
Work hour
The online store is open from 00:00 to 24:00, 7 days a week. In case of technical problems or during regular maintenance of the website, there may be short interruptions in its work, that is, functioning, about which all users and customers will be informed.

The online store reserves the right to change and/or supplement the data displayed on any part of the website at any time, without prior announcement or notification.
