With the help of the mentioned data, we will be able to confirm your order, to inform you about its current status, as well as to deliver the desired goods. Registration or application to our online store implies the user&#039;s consent to receive e-mails and SMS and other notifications from it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data storage and updating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The collected data will not be retained by the online store for longer than is necessary to achieve its basic and only purpose. Customers can at any time request that they be given access to their personal data, as well as request their addition, correction and deletion, that is, they can withdraw their consent for their further processing, by sending such a request to the e-mail address: info@provansadekor.rs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security of collected data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We apply the most up-to-date organizational, personnel and technical data protection measures against unauthorized access in order to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of customer personal data.<\/p>\n<p>The online store stores the collected data on a protected server.<\/p>\n<p>Since the sharing of data over the Internet is an inherently insecure activity, the online store must therefore be fenced off and cannot provide undeniable data protection from third parties.<\/p>\n<p>Users of the online store are responsible for storing and protecting their access data (username and password).<\/p>\n<p>When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.<\/p>\n<p>Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank&#039;s website. Access to data entered manually and stored on paper is only available to persons authorized to access such data. All employees are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection in accordance with the above-mentioned law and all its by-laws.
